First Maserati
by Henderson | on 12/28/2025 5:24:24 AM
After driving VW's and Toyota's most of my life, I wanted something special. The design caught my eye.
It is elegant and drives like a dream. Not the most practical vehicle and some other high end SUV's may be better deals, but I like this car.…

Very good!

After owning my Maserati Grecale for over 2 years, I can confidently say it’s one of the most rewarding and surprisingly dependable vehicles I’ve ever owned in the luxury SUV segment.
From a performance standpoint, the Grecale continues to deliver. The engine remains smooth and responsive, with consistent power delivery and sharp throttle response even after years of daily driving. The 8-speed ZF automatic transmission still shifts crisply and adapts well across driving modes. Suspension components have held up well — no squeaks or rattles, and handling remains tight and composed. Tire wear has been normal, and brake performance is still strong after regular maintenance.
Interior quality is nice! The leather still looks great with minimal wear, and all interior electronics — including the touchscreen, digital cluster, and advanced driver-assist features — remain fully functional with no major glitches or software issues. The infotainment system continues to run smoothly, unlike other luxury systems I’ve owned that slowed down over time.
In terms of reliability, the Grecale has been excellent. No mechanical issues. Regular oil changes, inspections, and dealer-recommended service have kept it running like new. Minor wear items like brake pads and filters were expected. No surprises.…

Way better than what people think!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my Maserati Grecale. From the moment I got behind the wheel, I was blown away by the balance of luxury, performance, and everyday practicality. The design is sleek and modern—easily one of the most stylish SUVs on the market—and the driving dynamics are smooth, confident, and responsive.
One of the most pleasant surprises has been the reliability. Maserati has long been unfairly looked over because of older reputation issues, but that narrative is seriously outdated. The new generation of Maseratis, especially under the Stellantis umbrella, is a completely different story. The build quality is top-notch, and the engineering is clearly more refined and dependable.
Maserati now shares its parts and technology with established brands like Jeep, Chrysler, and Ram—all backed by Mopar, a service and parts network with a strong reputation in the U.S. This means access to more reliable components and much easier service options. You're not dealing with niche or hard-to-find parts anymore. It’s smart engineering paired with Italian luxury.
Our service and maintenance experience has also been excellent—professional, prompt, and straightforward. We’ve had no mechanical issues at all. The only minor hiccup has been the occasional wireless connection issue, which resolves on its own and hasn’t affected overall usability.
If you're someone who’s been hesitant because of "old Maserati" stereotypes, I highly recommend giving the new models, especially the Grecale, a test drive. These are well-built, practical luxury vehicles that don’t compromise on style or experience. Maserati is finally delivering what people have always wanted from the brand—and it shoes.…
